my paper at cvs today that i bought didn’t have the p and g insert

Are you sure the mission tortillas are in the ss? I don’t see it ans can I use this coupon as overages in this weeks HT meal deal?
It is in mine- on the back of the chuck e cheese page. The bottom has a big taco on it.
Apparently it’s not in the northern va paper. Sigh. Maybe next time
