If you are a military member check out Operation In Touch- it seems to be a site powered by Unilever. They offer manufacturer coupons but to register you must answer if you are authorized to shop at a Commissary and list your local commissary. As a non-military family, I don’t feel right taking something (i.e. coupon prints) that belong to the members of the military that this site is devoted to.
Update: According to Operation In Touch these coupons are intended to ONLY be used by Military Families at their Commisary & Exchanges.

FYI the one I printed, Magnum, prints as a regular manufacturer’s coupon with Unilever redemption info. There is NO mention of military or commissary on the coupon. The other coupons are probably the same, but as always YMMV.
