This is one of our family’s favorite dinners!
Mississippi Pot Roast
- 1 Beef Roast (London Broil, Chuck Roast)
- 1 pkg dry Ranch Dressing Mix
- 1 pkg dry Beef Gravy Mix
- 1 Stick Butter
- Pepperochini Peppers, 3-5
- Place beef in slow cooker.
- Sprinkle both dry packets over it.
- Top with 1 stick butter and peppers The more peppers- the spicier it is.
- Cook on low 6-8 hours.
- Remove from slow cooker. Shred.
