So I thought I’d do something a bit different- I like thoughtful gifts that may not cost a lot but are something that the person will actually like and use! Because we all have enough trinkets that just sit around. And if your budget is like mine- once the kids and immediate family is done there might not be a lot left- money that is.
So I hit up my local Dollar Tree and am putting together little sets of gifts that cost $10 or under but give you a lot of bang for your buck! This is perfect for the person who likes to play around in the kitchen~ not a serious baker but who likes to pull out fresh cookies from the oven every once in a while!
Today’s set: The Baker
2 Pot Holders
2 Pack Dish Towels
3 Betty Crocker Utensils
1 pk Betty Crocker Cookie Mix
Total Cost: $7 + tax
What I did: I folded the pot holders and stuck them inside the oven mitt. Then I tucked the dish towels inside too. I put the utensils in front of them and the cookie mix at the very front. The best part is that you don’t need to wrap it or put it in a gift bag! It looks so cute by itself- maybe tie a ribbon on the front and put a name tag on it if you are handing out multiple gifts!
If you know your child’s teacher likes to bake- this would be a perfect gift (I might tuck a gift card inside it) for anyone who enjoys tinkering in the kitchen!
