Upside Down Pineapple Cupcakes

Ingredients
  • White or Yellow Cake Mix + required oil, eggs, water
  • 1 Large Can Pineapple chunks
  • 1 Jar Cherries
  • Frosting of Choice
  • Cupcake Liners
Instructions
  1. Prepare cake mix as directed on package but replace water with pineapple juice from the canned pineapple. If there isn't enough add water to reach the proper measurement.
  2. Put liners in the cupcake pan. Put one chunk of pineapple and one cherry at the bottom of each cupcake liner.
  3. Fill with batter as directed.
  4. Bake according to package directions.
  5. Allow to cool and frost with icing of choice.
  6. Top with a cherry, if desired.
