Ingredients
  • 12 chicken wingettes, dried well
  • ⅔ cup hot sauce
  • ½ cup cold butter
  • ¼ tsp cayenne pepper
  • ⅛ tsp garlic powder
  • Oil for Deep Fryer
Instructions
  1. Heat oil in the fryer.
  2. Add chicken and fry 9 -12 minutes.
  3. While chicken is cooking, melt the butter.
  4. Add hot sauce, cayenne pepper and garlic powder.
  5. Wisk together. Drain the chicken on paper towels when done.
  6. Toss in sauce.
  7. Serve hot with celery and ranch.
