Bacon Wrapped Rosemary Chicken

Ingredients
  • Chicken breasts (one for every 2 people)
  • Bacon, 2 slices per breast
  • Rosemary
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • 1 Garlic Clove, diced
  • Olive Oil
Instructions
  1. Butterfly and divide chicken breasts.
  2. Generously Salt and Pepper both sides of the chicken breast.
  3. Wrap bacon around the chicken breast.
  4. Heat skillet with a small drizzle of olive oil and olive oil .
  5. Saute the chicken breasts in the oil until the chicken is cooked through.
  6. Sprinkle with rosemary and cook another minute.
