Reduce heat to simmer and add sauce, peppers and onions.
Cook, stirring occasionally, until beef is tender and peppers and onions are cooked. You may need to add a little more soy sauce to keep the pan from drying out.
Serve over rice,garnished with seeds and/or rice noodles.
