In a small sauce pan, smash blackberries. Add water and sugar and heat over low heat. If you want a smoother sauce, use a food processor to puree the blackberries before heating.
Brush peach halves with melted butter and grill peach halves for 5-10 minutes. Be careful not to char the peach but you want it soft.
If necessary, turn the grill burners off to cook a little longer with indirect heat.
Serve peaches topped with ice cream and blackberry sauce.
