Mac 'n Cheese

Ingredients
  • 16 oz dry elbow macaroni
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 2 tsp salt
  • Black pepper to taste
  • Paprika to taste
  • 4 cups water
  • 12 oz evaporated milk
  • 16 oz sharp cheddar
  • Grated Parmesan
Instructions
  1. Boil pasta according to directions and drain.
  2. In the hot pot, pour the evaporated milk and butter and allow to heat.
  3. Turn the heat to very low.
  4. Add pasta back into the pot and add handfuls of the cheese allowing it to melt before adding more.
  5. Allow the cheese to completely melt.
  6. Add salt, pepper, paprika. Stir well.
  7. Place entire mixture in a large baking dish and sprinkle with grated parmesan.
  8. Broil for just 1-2 minutes until parmesan browns and edges crisp.
