Mac 'n Cheese

- 16 oz dry elbow macaroni
- 2 tbsp butter
- 2 tsp salt
- Black pepper to taste
- Paprika to taste
- 4 cups water
- 12 oz evaporated milk
- 16 oz sharp cheddar
- Grated Parmesan
- Boil pasta according to directions and drain.
- In the hot pot, pour the evaporated milk and butter and allow to heat.
- Turn the heat to very low.
- Add pasta back into the pot and add handfuls of the cheese allowing it to melt before adding more.
- Allow the cheese to completely melt.
- Add salt, pepper, paprika. Stir well.
- Place entire mixture in a large baking dish and sprinkle with grated parmesan.
- Broil for just 1-2 minutes until parmesan browns and edges crisp.
