Pressure Cooker Pulled Pork

Ingredients
  • 2-3 lb Pork Butt
  • Pork Rub of choice
  • 2 tbsp vegetable oil
  • 1 cup water
  • 1 cup apple juice
  • BBQ Sauce of choice
  • Liquid Smoke
Instructions
  1. Sear the outside of the roast in hot oil.
  2. Place in the pressure cooker and add water and juice and just a few small drops of liquid smoke.
  3. Cook on High Pressure 60 minutes (larger roasts may require additional time)
  4. Remove from liquid and shred.
  5. Top with BBQ sauce on buns.
