  1. Preheat Oven to 400 degrees
  2. Line a cookie sheet with a baking mat or parchment paper.
  3. Lay cheese slices on baking mat and top with pepperoni and bake for 6 minutes - or until cheese melts and begins to brown around the edges.
  4. Remove from oven and while hot sprinkle with Italian Seasoning Mix
  5. Allow to cool sightly and then roll and enjoy with favorite marinara sauce.
