Instant Pot Chicken Stew Recipe

- 3-4 Chicken Breasts, cut into 1-2 inch pieces
- 2 Peppers, sliced
- ½ onion, sliced
- 28 oz tomato sauce
- 2 cups chicken broth
- Salt & Pepper to Taste
- 1 tbsp Oregao
- 1 tbsp Basil
- 1 tbsp garlic powder
- red pepper flakes, to taste
- Place chicken in the crock of the Instant Pot
- Add all ingredients and stir.
- Cook on high pressure 30 minutes with natural release.
- Serve as a stew/soup in a bowl with broth or serve drained chicken and vegetables over rice.
