Make it Mondays: Wooden Snowman

I used a piece of 2×4, some ribbon, paint and stones to make this cute snowman. You can set him on your door step to welcome visitors all winter long!

Materials:

• Piece of 2×4 (mine was about 18″ long)
• White spray paint
• Black stones
• Ribbon of your choice
• Hot glue
• 2 sticks (for arms)
• Jigsaw (if you want to make a head shape on the 2×4)
• Sandpaper
• Black felt or foam (for hat)
• Drill (to drill holes for the arms)

Instructions:

1. Cut a head shape on the top of the 2×4 with the jigsaw
2. Sand the 2×4
3. Drill a hole on either side to put the arms
4. Paint it white with the spray paint
5. Glue on the black stones for eyes and buttons
6. Cut a piece of ribbon for the scarf and hot glue it around the neck
7. Form a hat and hot glue it on the head
8. Glue the sticks in place to be the arms
