This is the cheaters version of stuffed shells. You get all the cheesy, creamy yumminess of stuffed shells without all the work!
Ingredients:
1 box Jumbo Shells
15 oz Ricotta Cheese
1 1/2 cups Mozzarella Cheese, shredded
1/2 cup Parmesan Grated Cheese
1 Jar Pasta Sauce (24 oz)
2 eggs, beaten
1/2 tbsp basil
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp garlic powder
black pepper
Directions
1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
2. Pour a little of the sauce on the bottom of a 9×13 baking pan.
3. Cook pasta according to package directions.
4. Combine the Ricotta, beaten eggs, salt, basil, garlic powder, 1/2 Mozzarella, and the Parmesan cheese.
5. Drain and add sauce. Mix the cheese mixture into the pasta and sauce.
6. Pour mixture into baking pan. Cover with cheese.
7. Bake for 40 minutes until cheese is melted and browning.
8. Serve hot.
