These were delicious. Absolutely delicious and easy and no-bake! I had leftover cream cheese and pie crusts that were getting close to their best-buy dates from my pre-Christmas purchases and I needed something to make with them. We love Pie Crust Cookies and Cheesecake dip but I wanted to try something just a bit different.
Ingredients:
Pie Crust
8 oz Cream Cheese, softened
3/4 cup powdered sugar
1 tsp vanilla extract
2 tbsp sour cream
Directions:
Cut out circles of the pie crust 1 inch larger in diameter than the cupcake tin top.
Place the pie crust in the tin to create cups.
Prick he dough with a fork.
Bake 10 minutes or until golden.
Cool completely.
Beat the cream cheese well.
Mix in the powdered sugar and vanilla.
Add sour cream and beat well.
Spoon into cups. Top with chocolate chips, if desired.
*Tip: If you like them tart add more sour cream. If you want them more sweet- add more powdered sugar.
