I will never make regular cinnamon rolls again (okay I probably will…. but these will be made a LOT). These are oh so gooey and delicious! I love cream cheese, I love caramel and I love brown sugar. This reminds me of Caramel Sticky Buns but with a lot less work!
The first step is to create a whipped cheese cake to stuff inside these Lick-Your-Fingers-Clean bites.
Whipped cream cheese, sugar and vanilla. Good enough to eat on it’s own. Don’t eat too much- you’ll want to fill these!
Roll the canned biscuits out really thin and cut each one in half. That’s going to be the wrapping of the cream cheese.
Place a spoonful onto each half and pinch it closed tightly and place with the pretty side up in a greased muffin tin.
Spray with cooking spray and sprinkle brown sugar and cinnamon on top. Bake and allow to cool in the muffin tin.
Drizzle with caramel sauce and enjoy!
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 4 tbsp sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 canned biscuits
- brown sugar
- cinnamon
- caramel sauce
- cooking spray
- Preheat oven to 350 F.
- With a mixer, whip the cream cheese, sugar and vanilla until light and fluffy.
- Roll out biscuits until very thin. Cut each into half.
- Place a spoonful onto the center of each biscuit half.
- Pinch tightly closed.
- Place pretty side up in the greased muffin tin.
- Bake 11- 14 minutes or until golden.
- Sprinkle the tops with cinnamon and brown sugar.
