My Mom always made this and I loved it and now I make it and my family loves it.
Ingredients:
- Potatoes (Peeled and quartered)
- Sauerkraut (My Mom makes homemade sauerkraut)
- Smoked Sausage (I used Butterball Turkey Smoked Sausage)
Recipe:
- Peel and quarter potatoes and boil until cooked
- Cut up the smoked sausage in 1/2 inch slices
- Add sauerkraut to the sausage and cook until potatoes are done
- Add potatoes and serve
I love to eat mine with Thousand Island Dressing or mustard to dip the sausage.
