Food:
Zebra Pops: Take a boxed zebra cake- put on a skewer.
Bug Bites: Thred a pretzel through a block of cheese.
Shark: Cut a watermelon. Put Strawberries, grapes inside and around it . This is a good tutorial.
Caterpillers: use a skewer and start with a strawberry and then fill the rest with grapes.
Activity:
My sister picked up some inexpensive white t-shirts for each guest. She glued circles to make a paw print and added stripes with colored duck tape to make Wild Kratts vests!
She printed the animals on circle stickers and added them to blank white coasters. She used velcro on the back of each circle and on the center of the paw print. Each child was given a set of animals in a ziploc bag. They the ran all around acting like each animal. They LOVED it.
She also had a pinata– they come in so many sizes & shapes!
Cake:
Our other sister made this wild cake and animal cupcakes! The crocodiles are just Nutter Butters and Cheerios! Attach them with a dab of icing!
