What is the Dunkin’ at Home Extras program?The Dunkin’ at Home Extras program is a new way to earn rewards for your Dunkin’ grocery product purchases. Earn 10 points on every $1 spent on eligible grocery product purchase by following these steps:
- Keep your in-store grocery receipt
- Visit www.DunkinExtras.com
- Create an account
- Follow links and instructions to upload your receipt
As soon as you reach 500 points, you will be eligible to redeem them for a $5 Dunkin’ promo eCard for use in participating Dunkin’ restaurants. Save up 1,000 points and you will be eligible for a $10 Dunkin’ promo eCard.I have been participating in Dunkin’ Cart Catch and other Dunkin’ programs. Do I have to create a new account?You will need to create a new account to participate in the Dunkin’ at Home Extras program.I am a member of Dunkin’ Rewards™. What is a qualifying purchase?A qualifying purchase is any Dunkin’ grocery item purchased from a grocer, mass merchandiser, or club store. Purchases from a Dunkin’ Restaurant are not eligible.What are qualifying products?Qualifying products include:

Once logged in, follow the links and instructions to upload your receipt. Helpful tips for a successful receipt submission include:
- Placing your receipt on a clutter-free surface to take a photo of it
- Making sure the entire receipt is visible
- Ensuring the following items can be clearly seen:
- Grocery Retailer Name (No Dunkin’ Restaurant Receipts)
- Purchase Date and Time
- Eligible Product
- Purchase Price
- Receipt total
Are online receipts allowed?Yes, online receipts are allowed but must include all the information required for printed receipts including retailer name, purchase date and time, eligible product, purchase price, and receipt total.

Your Order Confirmation email will act as your receipt. We recommend saving this email as a PDF to capture all the required receipt information.Can I use a credit card statement as proof of purchase?No, a credit card statement cannot be used as proof of purchase. A valid grocer receipt must be used as proof of purchase to earn points.What happens if my receipt is rejected?You will be notified within 24 hours via email if your receipt is rejected. Follow the instructions within your emails to either make a new purchase or take a new photo of your receipt. Make sure that your receipt image is clear and shows the retailer, contains a valid product, purchase date and timestamp, the purchase price and receipt total and has not already been previously accepted.What can I redeem my points for?Visit the Redeem section of the www.DunkinExtras.com website to view the different denominations of Dunkin’ promo ecards and their point redemption requirements. Dunkin’ promo eCards are valid in participating Dunkin’ restaurants to purchase great food and beverage menu items. Your promo eCard will expire. See your reward email with your promo eCard for specifics on the expiration.Is there a limit on the number or rewards I can redeem?Yes, there is a limit of ten (10) $5 rewards and five (5) $10 rewards redeemed per every 30 days.How do I share Dunkin’ at Home Extras with my friends?You can share the Dunkin’ at Home Extras program with friends by accessing the following share icons in the Extras and Menu sections of the Dunkin’ at Home Extras website:
- Twitter: Click on the Twitter icon and a prepopulated message will appear that you can tweet to your Twitter feed.
- Facebook: Click on the Facebook icon and a prepopulated message will appear that you can post to your Facebook feed.
- Email: Click on the email icon. If you have an email client configured on your device, your email client will open with a pre-populated subject line and message. Simply enter your friends email addresses in the “To” section of the email and press send.
The pre-populated messages will contain a unique referral link back to the program. When friends access and enroll in the program from this link, you will earn 20 points per referral, maximum of 40 points per month.I think I should have more points than what the website is telling me.Visit the transaction history link in your profile on the website. This will provide you with the last 45 days of point earning and redeeming events. Check back often to find new offers available to you.I forgot my password. How do I reset it?On the login page, click the “Forgot Password” link and follow instructions to reset your password. You will receive an email with a unique link that will expire within 24 hours. If you do not reset your password within those 24 hours, you will need to follow the process again.I would like to discontinue participation in the Dunkin’ at Home Extras program.Please Contact Us to request to be deleted from the program. Once you are deleted, you will lose all accrued points and unclaimed rewards in the program.I think I’m having technical issues. What should I do?Sometimes it’s a simple thing like updating your browser. Check to be sure that you have a modern version of Chrome, Microsoft Edge, Firefox, or Safari. Also, you may want to check your browser preferences section to be sure JavaScript is enabled. Clearing your cache and cookies also helps in this instance.I do not have a smart phone or a phone with a camera.The Dunkin’ at Home Extras program is accessible from any web browser and does not require a phone. You do not need a smart phone or a phone with a camera to participate, however you do need be able to upload a digital copy of your receipt from your computer. This can be accomplished by scanning your receipt, or by taking a photo with a stand alone camera that can uploaded to your computer. Access the website from your preferred browser on your computer and follow the links and instructions to upload the digital copy of your receipt.I did not receive my reward or coupon emailTo help deliverability, add DunkinExtras@500friends.com to your contact list.
