I had a craving for Chinese food the other day but didn’t want to shell out for take out when I had a huge stockpile so we whipped some up at home!
Ingredients:
2 pkgs Ramen Beef Noodles
1 bag frozen stirfry vegetables (you can use fresh broccoli, carrots, onions, etc)

Crispy Noodles
Directions:
Cook Ramen Noodles according to directions. (I added a splash of soy sauce to the water)
Place oil in pan and heat. Add garlic and other veggies.
Add soy sauce and beef. Cook beef thoroughly.
Drain Ramen Noodles and add to pan. Cook 1-2 minutes, tossing ingredients together.
Serve hot with crispy noodles.
