My family loves pizza but the whole circular pie thing gets a bit old after a while. Having a bunch of canned biscuits that were about to expire we decided to use my new bundt pan to use and try something fun!
Ingredients:
4 cans of biscuits
Small Pepperoni (and any other toppings of choice)
Cheese
Marinara Sauce
Garlic Powder
Olive Oil
Non-Stick Spray
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Cut biscuits into 4 pieces each and place in bowl.
Spray pan lightly with non-stick oil
Drizzle oil over biscuits and toss to cover, sprinkle with garlic powder.
Layer biscuits into bundt pan.
Then layer toppings and cheese. Repeat all 3 layers again until all biscuits and toppings gone.
Bake for 25-30 minutes or until biscuits are completely cooked and cheese is bubbly and browning.
Serve with marinara sauce.
