Oh Wow. This defineltey is a new family favorite and SO easy! Plus potatoes are always inexpensive!
- Potatoes (one per person)
- Sea Salt
- 1 tbsp butter per potato, melted
- Olive Oil
- Black Pepper
- Other potato toppings as desired (bacon bits, cheese, etc)
- Slice potatoes into slices without going all the way through. The thinner the slice, the crispier the potato. Leave slices attached at the bottom.
- Place potato in a glass dish. Drizze with butter and olive oil. Sprinkle with sea salt and pepper.
- Bake at 425 for one hour.
- If desired, sprinkle with bacon and/or cheese . Serve hot.
