I love easy dinners that look a little fancy! These cheesy chicken rolls are a family favorite in my house!
Ingredients:
4 Chicken Breasts, sliced thin and pounded (I use this hammer)
2 cups Panko Crumbs (I used Italian)
2 eggs
4 cheese sticks
3 tbsp butter, melted
Directions
Preheat oven to 350.
Dip the tenderized chicken into egg and then cover in panko crumbs.
Cut cheese stick to fit onto the chicken breast. Slice the reminder into thin pieces. Begin to roll chicken around the large stick- adding thin slices in between the rolls. Secure with toothpicks if necessary.
Brush Melted butter onto a pan, place chicken in the pan and brush butter on top of chicken.
Bake for 30 minutes or until the chicken is done.
