Chocolate Topped Cupcakes

This is such an easy and beautiful way to decorate cupcakes!

1. Start with melting chocolate.  You can also use Gel Icing Color if you want to color it (we used Purple Gel Icing Color)

2. Melt according to directions and stir until smooth. While melting – place a sheet of wax or parchment paper on a cookie sheet.

3. Place into an icing bag while warm.

4. On the covered cookie sheet- write LOVE or draw hearts.  be sure to connect all the pieces to make it more stable.

5. Place in freezer to cool.  When cold peel off and press into icing and cupcake to decorate.
