I LOVE Garlic Bread. It’s one of my favorite breads. There are frozen varieties we can often pick up inexpensively but making it at home is easy and delicious!
Ingredients:
Loaf of French Bread
Butter, softened
Grated Parmesan Cheese
2 Cloves Garlic
Directions:
Preheat Oven to 350.
Mince Garlic as small as you can get it
Slice load in half so you have two open pieces.
Spread butter on the bread (allowing butter to soften first is key to not tearing the bread up)
Sprinkle 1/2 of the garlic on each piece. Don’t put too much in one spot or it will be overwhelming.
Sprinkle Parmesan over bread. Be as generous as you wish.
Bake until bread begins to brown and parmesan crisps.
Serve with pasta dish or marinara sauce.
