Food Lion has launched a new Shop & Earn Program. This is rolling out slowly to all areas so check here to see if it’s available in yours (You must SIGN into your MVP account to see if you are)
New offers go live the 1st of each month and are valid for an entire month.
Load the offers to your MVP Card.
You will be able to see your progress on each offer.
You will see your Rewards balance when signed in to your account. These will be automatically redeemed on your next order. They do not expire until the end of the next calendar month. For example- you earn $5 in November- they won’t expire until the last day of December.
Here are some of the most commonly asked questions:
Can I choose when to use my shop & earn? No. It will automatically come off on your next purchase.
Do I need to use all my earnings at once? No, it will come off in odd amounts (like $2.07 or whatever your total is) making your transaction up to free!
How do I sign up? Login to the Food Lion app or website and look for “Shop & Earn” under the savings tab.
Do I have to activate offers? Yes, You will need to activate the offers on the 1st of the month.
Does everyone get the same offers? No. Offers and values may vary by user.

I have a question about this, i have earned all of the rewards for October but they do not redeem all on my next trip, do I have to buy a product under the category of what I earned before I can redeem that specific reward? So if i have earned the $3 under the Frozen Foods, on my next trip if I buy a product that is from Frozen Foods, thats the only time I will be able to redeem this?

Sometimes you have to tell the cashier that you want to redeem them some cashiers do it automatically

I have tried to activate my shop&earn points for 3 days & it will not letme sign. I’ve talked to a customer rep about it & she said she would report it still I cannot sign in to activate my savings! Please see if you can help me. Thanks.
