Pennant Banners are fun and easy to make. You can make them out of paper or cloth and for any occasion such as birthday. I made a 4th of July banner out of heavy scrap book paper and glued different color star buttons on each pennant.
Materials:
- Several different pieces of heavy scrap book paper that go together for your theme
- String or ribbon long enough to hang the pennants on and extra on each end for tying
- Hot glue or Tacky glue
- Any adornments that go with the theme
- Craft scissors
Instructions:
- Trace the pennants onto the scrap book paper (you can get a pennant template for free online)
- Cut our each pennant using different craft scissors
- Fold the top of each pennant over the string or ribbon and glue it
- Glue on adornments that go with the theme or colors
