It’s time to take down all your Christmas decorations and store them away until next  year.  But where should you put all those ornaments?  Here is a quick project to create safe storage for Christmas tree ornaments.

Materials:

1. Plastic storage box

2. Cardboard boxes/large pieces of cardboard

3. Hot glue gun

4. Plastic drinking cups

Directions:

1. Cut the pieces of cardboard to the size of the plastic storage box.  My box had rounded corners, so I had to cut the corners of each piece so it would slide down in the box.

2. Glue the plastic cups onto the cardboard.

3. If you have larger ornaments, you can cut the plastic cups in half (top/bottom) and glue the top onto the cardboard.

4. Now you are ready to take down your tree and store your ornaments!
