Need a quick wall hanging to spruce up a child’s room or nursery? Try this simple wall hanging.
Materials:
1. Scrapbook paper in several coordinating colors and designs
2. Tacky glue
3. Bakers twine or string
4. Printed animal silhouette
5. X-acto knife
Directions:
1. Find an animal outline or silhouette that you like.
2. Print out the design in a size that you would like.
3. Carefully cut out your print out, using the x-acto knife when needed (especially on the detailed parts).
4. Use the print out to trace onto the different types of scrapbook paper.
5. Cut out two silhouettes of each type of paper.
6. Cut the twine to the length you would like your wall hanging.
7. Apply glue to one of the silhouettes.
8. Place the twine on top of the silhouette and place the second silhouette on top.
9. Repeat with the remaining silhouettes.
10. Let dry.
11. Make a loop in the twine at the top.
12. Hang and enjoy.
