Make it Mondays are brought to us by Creations by Ra-Re. Ra is a Kindergarten teacher by day and crafter by night. Re is a pre-k teacher/bookkeeper/content curator and avid DIYer. Their Store, Creations by Ra-Re, is a collection of unique hand-made collections.
This is fun to make but is a bit tedius. You can make it any color and even add grass if you want.
Materials:
- Different color cardstock
- Paint sample cards
- Glue
- Ribbon
Instructions:
- Print baskets and ribbons onto different color cardstock (free templates online)
- Cut out the baskets and ribbons
- I cut color cards into egg shapes and then cut them in half. Then I glued two different color egg halves together with a strip of white cardstock down the middle to hold them. You could get paint card samples already with two colors.
- Punch holes in the baskets for the ribbons.
- Glue eggs into the basket. Glue a paper ribbon on each basket
- Put silk ribbon thru the holes
