Make it Mondays are brought to us by Creations by Ra-Re. Ra is a Kindergarten teacher by day and crafter by night. Re is a pre-k teacher/bookkeeper/content curator and avid DIYer. Their Store, Creations by Ra-Re, is a collection of unique hand-made collections.
This project is time consuming but it is easy to make. You can then spell things and out on a shelf or just display all the letters and numbers.
Materials:
- Wood of varying thicknesses
- black paint
- 1 sheet of printed cardstock with letters and numbers
- Good quality glue
Instructions:
- Cut the letters and numbers apart
- Cut wood of various thicknesses into pieces the same sizes as the letters and numbers
- Paint all the wood pieces black
- Glue a number or letter to each block
