I am on a caramel kick lately and decided to use up a box of Jell-O Cheesecake Mix…..went to grab the gallon of milk to make it and found….someone had made the entire gallon chocolate. I had a carton of heavy cream from Thanksgiving so I thought…well worst case it’s horrible and we have to trash it but the mix was going to be expiring soon anyway so I went for it.
It turned out better than I ever dreamed- YUM!
Ingredients:
Cheesecake Mix (boxed)
1 1/2 cups Heavy Cream
2 tbsp sugar
5 tbsp butter, melted
Directions:
Create the crust according to package directions.
Follow the directions on the package but substitute the heavy cream for the milk. Increase the mixing until it begins to have a whipped appearance.
Follow the rest of the directions. When serving drizzle with caramel sauce.
