If it’s EASY that isa dinner I need in my life- especially one that sits in the slow cooker well because my kids tend to need to eat dinner at different times.
This recipe has you covered! We use chicken breasts because I am picky but you could use boneless chicken thighs too!
- 2 lbs chicken breast
- 16 oz jar salsa
- 1 packet of taco seasoning
- tortillas
- Taco toppings of choice
- cheese of choice
- Place chicken in a slow cooker and sprinkle taco seasoning over equally.
- Pour salsa in.
- Cook on low for 4 hours or high for 2 hours.
- Shred Chicken and allow to cook on low until ready to serve.
- Serve in warmed tortillas with toppings of choice.
