In case you don’t know I LOVE White Chocolate!
I am not a baker at all so I often use cake mixes but I found a simple basic cupcake batter recipe here.
Here’s how I adapted the recipe to make it white chocolate!
Ingredients:
2 c. Flour
1/2 tsp Salt
2 tsp baking powder
1/2 c. butter (softened)
1/2 c. sugar
2 eggs
1 c. milk
1 tsp. Vanilla extract
4 oz White chocolate Morsels
Directions:
Preheat oven to 375.
Prepare liners in cupcake pan.
Mix flour, baking powder and salt in a bowl.
Melt chocolate in microwave in 10 second increments stirring between each increment until smooth, allow to cool slightly.
Cream butter and sugar. Add melted chocolate and vanilla and cream again.
Add eggs one at a time.
Slowly add flour, alternating with milk.
Fill liners 3/4 full with cupcake batter.
Bake 18 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean.
Allow to cool completely and frost.

These are TOO cute- you simply MUST make them for your 4th of July BBQ!
Instead of the boring old cupcakes- make these hamburger cupcakes. My kids were too excited to try them- they weren’t quite sure to expect it to taste like hamburgers or cupcakes!
Ingredients;
Vanilla/Yellow Cupcakes
Chocolate Cupcakes
Icing- divided into 3 parts: Yellow, Red, Green or 3 tubes decorating icing in those colors.
Seasame seeds

I LOVE Red Hot Candies. I can eat them by the handful! These cupcakes are so good if you are a fan of them as well!
Ingredients:
White Cake Mix + Required Ingredients (usually water, eggs and oil)
1/2 cup Red Hot Candies- crushed into chunks (Tip: place in a Freezer bag and use a meat tenderizing hammer to crush. Don’t crush too finely- you want small chunks not powder.)
Frosting of Choice
Directions:
Mix cake batter according to directions.
GENTLY mix in crushed red hot candies. Do not over mix or batter will become pink (well of course if you want pink batter- mix away!)
Bake according to directions.
Frost.
