When I tell you that this literally lasted 5 minutes- it’s not an exaggeration! This celebration cheesecake dip is a variation of the White Chocolate Cheesecake Cookie Dip we made at a recent family gathering but the kids seemed to like this one even better- maybe it was the colorful sprinkles!
Ingredients:
- 2- 8 oz bars of cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup sour cream (8 oz container)
- 1 cup cake mix, white
- 2 cup confectioners sugar
- 2 tsp vanilla extract
- Colored Sprinkles
Directions:
Beat softened cream cheese for several minutes- until it’s fluffy. You may need to scrape the sides several times to keep it going.
Add the extract and sour cream. Mix until completely combined. Add the cake mix and sugar, continuously mixing until combined.
Fold in the Sprinkles and then sprinkle some on top of the serving container.
I served it with Nilla Wafers and it was Amazing. Graham crackers were good too!
