A few weeks ago I had purchased some roast beef from the deli- my husband had been wanting a Philly Cheese Steak sandwhich and we prefer fresh Deli Meat over the frozen Steak-umms.
Well, we ended up having too much of the thick sliced roast beef and I wasn’t sure what I wanted to do with it. Then one morning he wanted a McDonalds Steak, Egg and Cheese Biscuit. Well, I can’t stand spending over $3 for a little meat, an egg and a bit of cheese so I promised to make him one that would appease that craving. He says I was successful!
Steak & Egg English Muffin Ingredients:
3 Slices Thick Roast Beef , sliced into pieces.
1 English Muffin
1 Egg
Directions:
Toast English Muffin.
Spray skillet with cooking spray.
Heat roast beef until hot throughout and edges begin to crisp.
Remove from pan and respray with cooking spray.
Fry egg.
Assemble Sandwich. Add cheese if desired.
