They always have to legally exclude any government funded programs – Tricare, Medicare, Medicaid because of laws regarding taxpayer money funded programs. If you do not provide Harris Teeter any Medicare information you are eligible for the transfer.

If we had our prescriptions filled at harris teeter over 2 years ago, but they stopped accepting our ins, Express scripts, but now accepts it, would we get the 25.00 to transfer them from walgreens
