Warning: These are addictive! These are the best meringue cookies I’ve EVER HAD!
Ingredients:
3 egg whites
1 cup White Sugar
1/2 tsp. Distilled White Vinegar
1/2 tsp. Vanilla Extract
Pinch Salt
2 cups White Chocolate Morsels
Directions:
Preheat oven to 300.
Line Baking Sheet with parchment paper.
Whip eggs whites until soft peaks form. Slowly add sugar, vinegar, vanilla and salt. Whip to stiff peaks.
Gently fold morsels in.
Drop spoonfuls onto parchment paper (or put in a ziploc bag and cut a piece of the corner off large enough for chips to get through and make kiss shaped piles)
Bake for 20 minutes or until cookies are dry.
