Trust me- if you like salted caramel & dark chocolate – this will be your new favorite snack! I plan to make a TON of these and give for holiday gifts!
Tip: WATCH the oven carefully. Don’t let the caramel burn….that isn’t tasty!
- 24 Pretzel Crisps
- 12 soft caramel candies
- 2 cups dark chocolate chips
- Preheat oven to 350F.
- Place parchment paper down on a baking sheet.
- Place the crisps face up on the wax paper.
- Cut caramels in half, flattening with your hand or a spoon.
- Place a half on each pretzel crisp.
- Bake in the oven 2-4 minutes. Watching carefully to avoid burning the caramel. You just want it to melt.
- Remove from heat and allow to cool.
- When cool, melt chocolate in a microwave safe bowl in 30 second increments and stirring in between.
- Use a fork to drizzle chocolate over the cooled caramel.
