I am a huge fan of alfredo pasta and I wanted to try something different. It turned out amazing – so amazing this is now my go-to recipe for pasta bakes! I baked mine in small individual baking cups and they were nice and toasty on top- just how I like it!
- 16 oz pasta of choice (I used penne)
- 10 oz jar Alfredo Sauce
- 8 oz Ricotta Cheese
- ¼ cup grated parmesean cheese
- ½ tsp garlic salt
- ¼ tsp black pepper
- ½ tsp basil
- Preheat oven to 350F.Prepare pasta as directed, drain.
- Stir together seasonings and ricotta. Add to hot pasta, mix well.
- Add alfredo sauce.
- Put in a ightly greased 9 x13 pan.
- Top with parmesean.
- Bake at 350F degrees for 30 minutes or until bubbly and golden brown on top.
