I wanted bacon this morning but didn’t want to babysit the stove and I’m not a fan of microwaved meats….so I pulled out my air fryer and voila! Perfect bacon!
Just place the bacon in the basket- a few folds is fine but try not to overlap it too much. They shrink as they cook so a few overlaps is fine but you don’t want them stacked on top of each other. The full 16 oz package took 2 batches.
Cook on 400 degrees for about 10 minutes and then check it. I like mine REALLY crispy so it was about 12 minutes to perfect for me.
Be sure to check the basket because it fills with grease quickly.
