We wanted baked potatoes but it was too hot to run the oven (and it takes too long) and the Instant Pot was busy….so I pulled out my trusty Air Fryer and viola – perfect baked potatoes with CRISPY skin in under 45 minutes. Air Fryer Baked Potatoes are my go-to now.

Here is how to make perfect baked potatoes in the air fryer.
- Russet Potatoes
- Olive Oil
- Salt
- Pepper
- Garlic Powder
- Wash and dry potatoes. Poke with prongs of fork to pierce potato skin.
- Place potatoes in air fryer basket.
- Air fry at 347F for 30 minutes.
- Flip potatoes and fry an additional 10 minutes or until done.
