Bacon makes everything better! This is an easy appetizer or serve as dinner! You could serve with honey mustard dipping sauce. It is the easiest but yummiest appetizer.
Ingredients:
Bacon slices- cut in halfBoneless Chicken Breasts, cut into pieces
Black Pepper
Directions:
Prehead oven to 375 degrees.
To avoid scrubbing the pan- line it with foil.
Wrap the bacon around the chicken. Place the wrapped piece seam side down in a baking pan.
Sprinkle with Black Pepper as desired.
Bake on the lower rack about 30 minutes until the bacon is crispy and chicken is done.
Tips:
If you can’t keep the bacon from unrolling- use a toothpick skewered through it to keep it together.
Brine your chicken the night before to ensure it is extra juicy and tender.
I found the crustables “how to make” them clip. What do you use to create the out edge on them?
I had a pampered chef tool that someone had given me I believe- it crimped the edges. I’ve seen similar ones at other houseware stores. They are pretty inexpensive andgreat for making mini pies to bake too!
Bacon makes everything delicious! I’m going to make those with some of the .69¢ a pound chicken breasts that I got at Compare Grocery store last week. For a little different spin on those, start with the same bacon wrapped chicken bites and roll them in a mixture of brown sugar and Chile powder and bake. The sweet – hot combination is wonderful.
