Bacon makes everything better! This is an easy appetizer or serve as dinner! You could serve with honey mustard dipping sauce. It is the easiest but yummiest appetizer.
Ingredients:
Bacon slices- cut in halfBoneless Chicken Breasts, cut into pieces
Black Pepper
Directions:
Prehead oven to 375 degrees.
To avoid scrubbing the pan- line it with foil.
Wrap the bacon around the chicken. Place the wrapped piece seam side down in a baking pan.
Sprinkle with Black Pepper as desired.
Bake on the lower rack about 30 minutes until the bacon is crispy and chicken is done.
Tips:
If you can’t keep the bacon from unrolling- use a toothpick skewered through it to keep it together.
Brine your chicken the night before to ensure it is extra juicy and tender.
