My husband LOVES shrimp but isn’t a huge fan of garlic so I combined several recipes to create one that was more appealing to him. He LOVED it and told me to add it to my recipe stockpile. Plus I loved it because it literally took about 5 minutes!
Ingredients:
4 tablespoons butter
1 1/2 pounds medium shrimp, peeled and deveined
1/8 cup lemon juice
Red Pepper Flakes
Coarse salt and ground pepper
Directions:
Melt butter in skillet over medium-high heat. Add shrimp; cook, tossing occasionally, until pink and opaque, 5 to 7 minutes. Pour lemon juice over and mix to coat well.
Season with salt and pepper and pepper flakes.
