Tacos are a weekly event at our house! Here's a mom tip: When making taco filling- make a double batch and freeze the second batch. To reheat just dump it in a pan and reheat or even place it in the slow cooker!  I use my FoodSaver to freeze bags of the taco filling for later meals.
