I had gold numbers on my mailbox but they were always tarnishing and you couldn’t see the numbers. I had taken them down numerous times and cleaned them and put them back up. Since we are staying at home right now I find I have time to do small projects like this.
Materials:
Instructions:
A quick and easy project to make my house number visible.
These house numbers were nailed to a post on my front porch but I wanted to dress it up a bit so I made this chevron sign to nail the numbers to.
Materials:
Instructions:
I painted the house number sign white and peach to match my front door and bench that are the same color so it all goes together well.

Since we are staying at home for the next few weeks or dare I say months I was getting bored and wanted to work on a project. I found an old foot stool in the basement and luckily I had paint and some pieces of material.
Materials:
Instructions:
I will use this foot stool in my guest bathroom so young children can reach the sink.
Materials:
1. Shamrock outline printouts in 1-2 sizes
2. 3 shades of green felt
3. Bakers twine
Directions:
1. Print out the shamrock outline of your choice to use as a stencil.
2. Trace several size shamrocks out of several shades of green felt.
3. Cut out the shamrocks.
4. Lay out the pattern of shamrocks that you would like for your garland. I chose to use 3 small shamrocks in the middle.
5. Thread the baker’s twine on a needle.
6. String the shamrocks on the twine, using an entry and exit point on each shamrock.
7. Space out the shamrocks once strung.
8. Hang your garland and enjoy! Happy St. Patrick’s Day!

This table and benches were originally dark brown, had large chunks taken out of the top and a dog had chewed the corners. With a little elbow grease and love it turned out beautiful!
Materials:
Instructions:
This table turned out beautiful and the polycrylic protected it great! I saw the set several months after I delivered it and even with 3 boys and 2 dogs it still looks new!

My daughter gave me 2 rabbits as a gift. I decided I wanted them to be indoors so I would be sure to pay attention to them. My husband and I got to work right away on an indoor Rabbit Cage.
Materials:
We made a large frame the size we wanted. Next, we made individual frames (the bottom, the top, the sides and each piece beside the door and then the door) to attach the wire and then attached each framed out piece to the large frame with the 2″ screws. We used the thin 2″ trim to cover up where the large frame and the frames with the wire are attached.
Attach the hardware, the mats and other rabbit items and you are ready to introduce your rabbit to his new home!

We had an event where we needed to make a backdrop with a Christmas Theme and we included a fireplace in it. We took a fake fireplace we purchased at a thrift shop for $12.00. We painted it and then added a piece of plywood to cover the firebox opening and glued slices of wood on it.
Materials:
Instructions:
This fireplace worked out great and really added to the backdrop.
