Need a super easy side dish? Try oven roasted broccoli! It takes less than 5 minutes to get it in the oven and then it’s hands off until it’s done!
- 2 large pieces broccoli
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- ½ tsp salt
- ½ tsp black pepper
- grated parmesan
- Lemon juice, optional
- Preheat oven to 425° F.
- Cut the florets of the broccoli off the stem and cut into desired size.
- Drizzle baking sheet with olive oil. Place broccoli on top and toss until broccoli is evenly coated.
- Sprinkle with salt and pepper generously.
- Sprinkle with some grated parmesan, reserving some for garnishing.
- Spread broccoli on baking sheet in an even layer.
- Roast for 20-25 minutes or until broccoli is easily pierced with a fork.
- Remove from oven, place in a serving dish and top with extra parmesan.
- Drizzle with some lemon juice if desired.
